Music Video Submission License Agreement
Grant of License: I grant the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, broadcast, display, distribute, edit, and modify the submitted music video in connection with the Show, including on associated social media platforms and channels.
Rights and Permissions: I confirm that I have all necessary rights and permissions to grant this license, including rights to music, visuals, and any third-party content in the music video. This includes the right to use and display the music video on various social media platforms.
Use of Content: The Licensee may use the music video for broadcasting on the Show, across social media channels, and for related promotional purposes. The Licensee may also edit or adapt the content for suitability on different social media platforms. The music video will not be used for commercial resale.
Credit and Moral Rights: The Licensee agrees to provide appropriate credit for the music video on all platforms where it is used. I retain my moral rights to be identified as the creator.
Representations and Warranties: I represent that the music video is my original work and does not infringe upon any third-party rights. I warrant against any claims of infringement or other legal issues related to the content of the music video.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify the Licensee against any claims arising from alleged infringement of third-party rights or other legal issues related to the music video.
Termination: This agreement is subject to termination under conditions agreed upon by both parties.
Miscellaneous:
- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware.
- Digital Agreement: Checking the box and submitting the music video via the online platform constitutes a binding digital signature.
- Entire Agreement: This document represents the entire agreement between the parties.
- Amendment: Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- Severability: If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will still be in effect.
